L-THIA

There is an on-line tool that can help planners, plan commissioners, and elected officials obtain basic information about the stormwater impact (including quantity and quality) of a land use change.  The tool is called L-THIA (Long Term Hydrologic Impact Assessment) and can be accessed through a Purdue University website.

Green Values® Stormwater Toolbox

This toolbox was originally developed primarily for use by planners, engineers and other municipal staff. It provides technical information on the BMP results. This site provides information on how the use of green infrastructure saves money, the costs and benefits of using green infrastructure to mitigate the need for different types of built water infrastructure, such as sewers and detention basins as well as a comprehensive bibliography for more information.
